Quality Data Diagnostic
I trace how your quality and safety numbers get built, from the source data to the board report. You get a written findings report that shows where the numbers break down and what to fix first.
I help hospitals, cancer programs and physician groups get their quality and safety reporting right, then turn it into dashboards people open every week. I spent fifteen years leading clinical operations informatics at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Now I work directly with your team.
Most clients start with a fixed-fee diagnostic. It shows you how I work before you commit to anything bigger.

A full review of your cancer program's measures, including CMS PCHQR and MIPS quality. I check definitions, abstraction and submission, then show where you stand against peer cancer hospitals on a risk-adjusted basis.
Tableau or Power BI dashboards built around the handful of measures your executives review. Control limits are built in, so a real change looks different from normal month-to-month noise.
Sessions for leaders and frontline teams on high reliability principles, safety event review and a reporting cadence that sticks. The material comes from the safety work behind an 80% drop in serious safety events.
Once your dashboards are live, I keep them running. That means data refreshes and fixes, a monthly performance review with your quality leaders, and an experienced person to call when a measure moves and nobody's sure why.
You tell me what isn't working. I'll tell you plainly whether I'm the right fit. No charge.
A fixed-fee review of your data and reporting. You see my approach and a prioritized fix list before signing up for more.
We work through what the diagnostic found. If ongoing support makes sense, we move to a monthly retainer.
Most of my career was at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where I led clinical operations informatics from 2011 to 2026. My teams built the quality reporting, peer benchmarking and dashboards that executives used to make decisions. I started DCM Healthcare to bring that same work to organizations that don't have a big analytics department, or have one that's stretched thin.
DCM Healthcare is an SBA-certified Veteran-Owned Small Business with an active SAM.gov registration. If you're a prime with veteran-owned subcontracting goals and healthcare quality, patient safety or analytics work, I'd like to talk.
Send a note or call. I'll set up a 20-minute conversation about what you're tracking and where it's falling short.
